Unlike traditional retail stores that stock inventory in bulk, Print-On-Demand means that every product you order is printed specifically for you. Here’s how it works:

  2. Printing begins – Once your order is received, our Print-On-Demand partners start the production process, carefully printing your selected design onto the chosen item.

  3. Quality check & shipping – After printing, each product undergoes a quality check before being shipped directly to you.

  4. You receive a one-of-a-kind product – Since every item is made-to-order, you receive a fresh, newly printed product, rather than something sitting in a warehouse for months.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns & Exchanges

While we cannot accept returns due to our Print-On-Demand model, we are committed to fixing any issues with print or quality because we want you to come back and shop with us again! Because every item is custom-printed when you place an order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. Here’s why:
